Return / Refund Policy
If you receive your product(s) and are unsatisfied, you have 14 days from item arrival to return items that you are not satisfied with and your statutory rights are not affected.
If you receive an item that has been damaged, please contact a member of the team at contact@rakkem.net with details of damage. A member of the team will assess the situation and take appropriate action to resolve any issues.
Rakkem is not liable for damages caused by delivery drivers, should the issue occur during the posting and delivering process. If an item has been damaged from delivery, please do consult the delivery provider for appropriate compensation. Rakkem will be happy to assist with any investigations regarding issues with delivery.
Our return options are:
- Store credit in the form of an email code to the value of the total amount spent on the returned/damaged item
- Swap for the same item or same item in another size
- Another item to the same value as the original item (subject to stock availability)
Refunds.
If you are unsatisfied with your product and wish to be refunded you have 14 days from item arrival to contact a member of Rakkem via email or the form below to request a refund. Once Item has been returned to Rakkem we will begin the refund process which will take no more than 7-14 working days to be fully processed by the bank and returned to your account in full.
