Shipping Info

Once an order has been placed shipping can take up to a maximum of two weeks.

Our Rakkem Originals are always in stock, but printing times vary which can produce slight delays from when the order is placed, to when it is shipped.

We ship orders twice per calendar month on dates stated at the top of the shop page.

We use a mix of Evri and Yodel to post our orders. More information on these services can be found on the links below.

If you are a screen printing client and have placed a bulk order shipping times will vary depending on the amount of items to be produced. A member of our team will assess each job individually and provide you with an estimated printing time as well as shipping time.

Although we aim to print and ship as efficiently as possible, occasionally delays in receiving your package can be caused by issues within the mail industry. In which case Rakkem is not responsible or liable for any inconvenience caused as it is out of our control. Any issues or delays you may have, above what Rakkem has advised should be taken up with the mail provider.
